In 10 mins do as many

Backsquat @ 60kgs.

Then

250 double unders

I wanted to hit 50 reps in the 10mins time. But JW told me try higher, should aim more than half (25>) at the 5th min. So I decided instead of doing 5 reps each min. I did 6 reps for 9 round(min) and at the last round(min) I did 12 reps.

What sucks is I couldn't jump to do any double unders. I had to rest for 10mins for my muscle to wake up. So in the end. I completed the double unders at 15 fucking min.
