5 half Turkish getup (20kgs) L/R
5 Sling shots (20kgs) L/R
1 Turkish getup L/R

Completed time : 14:31

Tummy cramps after the workout which resulted as a gastric (WTF!?). Im still having gastric pains, which I suspect it may not be gastric. I ate breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, snack......... that's 5 times a day.
